TERMS OF USE
This is a translation. In case of discrepancy, the Portuguese version prevails.
These terms govern the use of Future Fields, a service of A Bello Consultoria e Projetos Ltda., trading as The Long Game, CNPJ 27.036.162/0001-36 ("The Long Game", "we"). By creating an account, you confirm that you have read and accept these terms and that you are at least 18 years old.
1. The service
Future Fields brings together radars of forces of change organised into research cycles. Access is free and requires an account. We may add, change, suspend or withdraw radars, features or the service itself. If any part of the service becomes paid in the future, this will be announced in advance, and nothing will be charged without your express agreement.
2. Your account
You are responsible for access to your account and for the accuracy of the information you provide. Your account is personal and may not be shared. You can delete it at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.
3. Nature of the content
The radars explore possible futures based on signals observed in the present. They are not forecasts, do not guarantee that any scenario will happen, and do not constitute investment, legal, financial or any other professional advice. Decisions made on the basis of the content are entirely your responsibility.
The content is produced with the support of technology tools, including ORION and machine translation into English, and is curated by The Long Game. We work to make it rigorous, but it may contain inaccuracies and is updated over time.
4. Intellectual property
The radars, texts, classifications, constellations, images, trademarks (including The Long Game, Future Fields and ORION) and the site's software belong to The Long Game or its licensors.
You may:
- consult the content for personal and professional use;
- quote short excerpts and specific forces in presentations, classes, articles and internal documents, provided you credit the source as "Future Fields, The Long Game" and, where possible, include the link.
Without written permission, you may not:
- reproduce, publish or distribute an entire radar or substantial parts of it;
- resell, license or incorporate the content into a product or service;
- extract the content by automated means (scraping, bots, bulk queries);
- use the content to train or fine-tune artificial intelligence models;
- remove authorship or trademark notices.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the service in a way that breaks the law, harms its operation, attempts to bypass access controls or interferes with other people's use.
6. Communications
With your consent, we send notices about new territories and communications from The Long Game and ORION. You can withdraw your consent at any time without losing access to the radars. How we process your data is described in the Privacy Policy.
7. External links
The site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those websites.
8. Limitation of liability
The service is provided free of charge and as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits or decisions made on the basis of the content, nor for temporary unavailability of the site. Nothing in these terms limits rights that the law grants to consumers and that cannot be excluded by contract.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the version in force. If a change is significant, we will notify you by email or on the site before it takes effect. If you continue to use the service after that, you are deemed to accept the new version; if you do not agree, you can delete your account.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Brazilian law. The courts of the district of Cabo Frio/RJ, Brazil, are chosen to settle any dispute, without prejudice to mandatory rules that grant consumers the courts of their place of residence and the protection of the law of their country of residence.
11. Contact
For questions about these terms, write to founders@thelonggame.cc.
